What makes this coaching programme different from other business consulting courses?This programme is specifically tailored for healthcare professionals transitioning into consulting, backed by Tara Humphrey's nine-and-a-half years of experience in building THC Primary Care, which is Tara’s first consultancy. Tara has been hired by over 200 primary care networks, health tech companies, GP Federations, clinical counselling groups, and Integrated Care Boards. GP Practices and NHS Training Hubs since 2015. It combines practical business fundamentals with healthcare industry-specific guidance, including templates, frameworks, and personalised 1:1 coaching sessions.

2. Do you provide payment plans?Yes. The non - refundable plan can be spread across 6 payments payable by direct debit. A 5% discount will be applied to those who can pay in full.

3. What happens between the monthly coaching sessions?Between sessions, you receive email support, bi-weekly action plan reviews, and access to business setup templates. You'll also have session recordings and summaries to review, ensuring continuous progress and support throughout the programme.

What kind of templates and frameworks are included?The programme includes business setup checklists, proposal templates, pricing frameworks, client management protocols, and project management tools. These are practical resources Tara has developed and refined through working with over 200 Primary Care Networks.

How do I know if I'm ready for this programme?You should meet two key criteria: 1) Be a healthcare leader with expertise to share and a serious commitment to consulting as a career path 2) Have the current capacity to take on new clients, as this is essential for implementing the programme learnings in real-time. Without the ability to work with clients during the programme, you won't be able to fully benefit from the practical application of the coaching and frameworks provided.

6. What support is available after the 6-month programme ends?While the formal programme is 6 months, you'll have all the recordings, templates, and frameworks to reference. Additionally, you'll be equipped with repeatable processes and methodologies to run your consultancy independently. Tara also maintains an active blog and podcast for ongoing industry insights.

How soon can I expect to start securing clients?While results vary, the comprehensive modules covering market research, pricing strategy, and client acquisition provide the tools needed to start securing clients within the programme timeframe, if you attend all of the sessions and do the work in between. If you do not secure a client during the coaching programme, you will receive a 50% refund.

8. How much time do I need to commit to the programme?The programme requires a 6-month commitment, with one 75-minute coaching session per month. You'll also need time for bi-weekly action plan reviews and implementing the strategies discussed. The flexible structure allows you to work on building your consultancy while maintaining other commitments.
